We are professional manufacturer in rubber o-rings , rubber gasket , rubber ball , rubber grommet and other OEM rubber parts.About these rubber products ,we have almost 12,000 molds.In which ,o ring is over 6000 mold.
The molding processes we use is Comprssion Molding:
Taking a pr-measured amount of raw rubber material that is placed into a heated open lower mold cavity.This method can produce custom rubber products that are curved,and is usually more cheap than other molding process.

2. Material: NBR, EPDM, VITON, FKM, FFKM, NR, HNBR, CR, SBR,etc
3. Hardness: 30A~95A.
4. Color: according to your request, the most common color is black. The price of colored products is litter higher than others.
5. Tolerance: if there is special size requirements, please mention in enquiries. Otherwise, we will be in accordance with the international standard tolerance execution.
