Nitrile butadiene silicone rubber sealing ring: It has excellent high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, active oxygen resistance, and air wear resistance. Has very good dielectric strength properties. However, the compressive strength is poorer than that of common vulcanized rubber and there is no wear resistance. Fluorine silicone sealing ring: The heat resistance is better than that of silica gel, and it has excellent aging resistance, active oxygen resistance and acid resistance, but poor cold resistance. It is resistant to most refined oils and organic solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. Applicable to the tightness requirements of diesel engines, fuel system software and manufacturers. Not recommended for macrolides, low levels of esters and nitrous compounds. Usually the application temperature range is -20~250℃. 6. Fluorosilicone rubber sealing ring: It has the advantages of both fluorine vulcanized rubber and silica gel, and has good acid and alkali resistance, water washing resistance, light fuel oil resistance and high and low temperature resistance. It can resist the corrosion of chemical substances containing oxygen, organic solvents containing aromatic hydrocarbons and organic solvents containing chlorine. Typically used for major aerospace, aerospace and defense applications. Exposure to macrolides and brake fluids is not recommended. Usually the application temperature range is -50~200℃. 7. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber sealing ring: It has very good aging resistance, active oxygen resistance, abrasion resistance and acid resistance. It can be used for aldehydes and macrolides, and can also be used for sealing in the natural environment of high temperature water vapor. Applicable to bathroom accessories, automotive cooling fans and brake system software. Not recommended for primary food use or exposure to mineral oils. Usually the application temperature range is -55~150℃. 8. Neoprene sealing ring: excellent sun resistance and weather resistance. It is not afraid of refrigerants such as dichlorodifluoromethane gas and ammonia. It is resistant to dilute acid and heat-dissipating grease, but it has a large amount of swelling in mineral oil with low aniline point. It is most likely to crystallize and harden at ultra-low temperature. It is suitable for various natural environments exposed to air, sun, active oxygen, and various sealing stages of flame retardancy and solvent corrosion resistance. Not recommended for use in organic chemicals such as strong bases, nitro hydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and macrolides. Usually the application temperature range is -55~120℃. 9. Acrylate silicone sealing ring: excellent resistance to refined oil, good heat resistance and aging resistance, but weak impact toughness, shrinkage deformation rate and wear resistance. Usually used in automobile transmission system and driving force automobile steering system. Uncomfortable use in boiling water, brake fluid, phosphate ester. The usual application temperature range is -25~170℃. 10. Pure natural silicone sealing ring: pure natural silicone sealing ring has very good wear resistance, ductility, tensile strength and elongation, but it is easily brittle in gas and becomes sticky when heated, pure natural silicone sealing ring It is easy to swell and melt in mineral oil or automotive gasoline, and is resistant to alkalis but not strong alkalis; pure natural silicone seals are suitable for use in car brake oil, alcohol and other liquids with hydroxide ions.
