Rui Chen Sealing Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and now employs more than 200 staff. The company operates two branches in Guangdong and Jiangxi: Dongguan Rui Chen Sealing Co., Ltd. and Shangrao Rui Chen Sealing Co., Ltd.

Ruichen always meets our customers' requirements. To ensure we produce high-quality O-rings, our company implements the following general standards:

Q1. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance. West Union, VISA, and PayPal are also accepted.
Q2. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A: Average lead times for prototypes / first articles are 1–2 weeks. If tooling is involved, lead time for production tooling is 10 days. Average production time after sample approval is 2–3 weeks.
Q3. What is your standard packing?
A: All goods are packed in carton boxes and loaded on pallets. Special packing methods can be arranged when needed.
Q4. What is your monthly production capacity?
A: It depends on the model. We produce more than 1,000 tons of rubber materials per month.
Q5. What certifications do you hold?
A1: We are IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2015 certified.
A2: We have various rubber compounds approved by UL, FDA, WRAS, EN681, EN549, CANS, ROHS, and REACH.
Q6. How can I check the quality of a bulk order?
A1: We provide pre-production samples before mass production for all customers if needed.
A2: We provide quality certificates such as measurement reports, material data sheets, COO, and COA to all customers before delivery.
A3: We accept third-party inspections such as SGS, TUV, INTERTEK, and BV.
Q7. How do I select the right raw compound for my application?
A: With years of experience working with a variety of materials, we can help select the material that best suits your needs while keeping material costs in mind.
Q8. Do you use international standards for your rubber products?
A: Yes. We mainly use ASTM D2000 to define the quality of rubber materials, with tolerances as per ISO 3302, ISO 2768, and others.
Q9. Can you supply different color materials?
A: Yes. We can produce custom molded rubber and silicone rubber products in different colors. The color code is required when placing an order.

A: NBR, EPDM, SILICONE, FKM, NEOPRENE (CR), NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), FFKM, Liquid Silicone, Sponge, and more.
Q11. What other services does Ruichen Seals offer?
A: Ruichen Seals has in-house tooling capabilities for molds, our own lab for material testing, and a cold room used for elastomer storage to prolong product life.
Q12. What is the life expectancy of a rubber seal?
A: Product life depends on many factors, including environment, cycles, and pressure. Ruichen Seals cannot predict seal life under all varying operating conditions. Accelerated life testing may be performed by the customer to determine expected life, but must be conducted in a dynamic application.
Q13. Does Ruichen Seals provide maintenance on tooling?
A: Ruichen Seals maintains all tooling and will replace it as needed.
Q14. How many employees do you have?
A: We have 300 employees.
Q15. How many shifts per day does the factory run?
A: Two shifts per day, 8 hours per shift.
